Risk Management Analysis Based on ISO 13000 at NC University

In order to improve organizational governance, universities are required carry out risk management. This study aims help NC University identify, analyze, evaluate and treat risks systematically. research is a qualitative research. The data were analyzed descriptively based on the ISO 31000:2018 management framework, namely assessment which includes identification, analysis evaluation of as well treatment. result this that there have been identified three categories, strategic risk, operational financial risk. addition, several treatment actions taken.
